I’m from Bogota but I moved to the US 18 years ago. I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, etc. The staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is wonderful and rooms are very cozy. Moving forward, this is going to be the hotel I will stay every time I go to Bogota.

Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Amenities The hotel advertises shuttle service as an amenity on Expedia, but this service is not included. Expedia should remove this listing to avoid misleading future guests. The customer service experience was equally disappointing. The receptionist was confrontational, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Despite being available, he refused to assist us, forcing us to return later in hopes of finding another staff member willing to help. Guests should also be aware that breakfast buffet hours differ between weekdays and weekends. This information should be clearly communicated in advance so guests can plan accordingly. On a positive note, the room was clean. However, the shower made a loud, high-pitched screeching noise whenever it was running. Overall, while the cleanliness was appreciated, the misleading amenities, poor customer service, lack of clear information, and maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay. Management should address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

Check in process was lacking, we made online check in, but still had to fill in paperwork; what’s the point then? Rooftop terrace closes at 6, very nice but it is a shame. Very slow elevators, very I mean very… Breakfast was good, staff attentive A/c not cooling well Plenty of very hot water
