The staff at reception desk was very rude and not helpful on our arrival . Our room had a canopy over the window so there was sunlight coming through and we were not even able to see outside. Our room was not cleaned or bed made or changed. When I called the front desk I was told that they clean every three. When asked for towels was told to come get it. The bathroom had no water pressure and water flowed onto floor. Breakfast area with no one to tidy between guests or refill. Eggs very dry with limited choices. Overall worst hotel stay. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights after reviewing the 9.0 star reviews, however it was a disappointing stay for us. One of the queen beds had a significantly torn/almost shredded bedsheet that were still placed on the bed as per the standard (there's no way that the ripped portions in the middle of the sheets could have been missed by anyone when they're put on). Good thing was that they promptly offered a clean set when we notified the front desk. Room overall was not cleaned. The bedsheets also had hair that did not belong to any of us..another sign that the room was cleaned, nor the old bed sheets replaced. There were crumbs at the bottom edge of the bed. The bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was just very basic. Overall felt disappointed enough that we did not end up staying for the 2nd night.

The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. I booked this hotel partly because Expedia listed it as popular with solo travelers, but as a woman traveling alone, that did not reflect my experience. The environment felt uncomfortable and more geared toward truck drivers, which made me question that labeling. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers.
This picture of the hairdryer is the only proof that I had that the room was not clean. I sent an email about it and still got no response.
