"Rooms look a little dated and we had an issue with the hairdryer which didn’t seem to get resolved. Great location for walking into Estes Park and getting to RMNP. Restaurant on site but we didn’t use it. I would not rate this accommodation as 4* although we did enjoy our stay. We did have an issue with room charges (credit card charged despite us prepaying ) and this is ongoing so hope it is resolved quickly."

"The property is in an excellent location near the town and also near the national park but also located right on the Big Thompson river b. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space. The cabin was nice, plenty of space, comfortable. There is a bit of maintenance needed to windows, lights and shower fixture and perhaps some better pots and pans for cooking that are safer for use. We managed very well and enjoyed the property."

"Enjoyed my stay here while visiting RMNP. Something special about having elk right outside your hotel room door. The location was nice. Parking is right outside your room. I was grateful that I had a room on the top floor because the floors tended to be a bit creaky. The view from my room was beautiful."

"The views from the Pool and Hot Tub area were great. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Don't let the age of this property scare you away. This is a very nice place to stay. They didn't have their liquor license when we stayed but were scheduled to pick this up on Monday, 06-29-26. Talked to the very nice manager, and he informed us this company bought this in April of 2026 and they replaced all the TV's in all the rooms, the lobby furniture, some of the carpet. We will be staying here again."
