The property is a little dated with older looking carpet but the rooms were clean and the bathrooms in the rooms appear to have been renovated to stalls from tubs. The staff was super friendly and accommodating both at the desk and the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant has good food and is convenient. If you arrive after restaurant is close , you can get food in the pub which is more like a bar. Good food but they played the music way too loud to be enjoyable .

Amazingly helpful staff

The front counter gals that worked the morning and evening on Aug 3 were SO amazing in helping me arrange to decorate my friends room to surprise them after their wedding. There was not a lot of hotel options in Bonnyville for higher end suites, but they helped me bring the charm and the jacuzzi room was just the right touch!

Stayed in the Express building. Air conditioning was on when we arrived on a very warm day; that was nice, thank you! Breakfast buffet was lovely, and the food choices varied from one day to the next. Wait staff in the restaurant were great, as were front desk and housekeeping staff. Building is on the highway, but was quiet. Will definitely recommend The Neighbourhood Inn to family and friends!

A solid hotel for those wanting a bed, a burger, a beer, and not a boutique. The cinderblock walls gives one the initial impression of a summer camp. However, the room was clean and the staff exceptional. A particular thank you as I needed to bail early due to an bronchial infection. Refund was no problem. I will be back!
