"Staff was extremely helpful, location was excellent"

Grand Hotel Francais

10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and directions to use the tram. We enjoyed the bar/lounge. The bartender was exceptional and was entertaining to watch him create the cocktails. He had such pride in creating the perfect cocktails. We would stay there again just to have him create a drink for us. We also appreciated the Central location of the hotel"

Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

8/10 Good

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was as advertised, and we especially loved having an on-site laundry facility available for guests to use. It was a very convenient feature. The only small improvements I would suggest are brighter lighting in the bathroom, an additional luggage rack or bench, and a few more hangers in the closet. Overall, we had a great stay!"

Hotel De l'Opéra

8/10 Good

"Beautiful and convenient location, a step away from the opera house. It's walkable from the grand shopping avenue, and only a block away from the nearest tram station. The front desk associates were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Will stay here again? Only if they are able to meet the minimum standard of basic cleanliess: the stained old carpet in the room gave off a terrible odor, a strand of hair in the bedsheet, small/dark bathroom with heavily discolored tile, and a toilet that seems like half a century old."
