"O primeiro apartamento que nos destinaram estava sem gas no ar condicionado, após nos remanejar os 2 outros apartamentos estavam com cheiro de cigarro, principalmente no banheiro no qual tinham realizado a limpeza naquele momento. A multa era de 500,00 para quem fumasse no hotel, sendo que esses apartamentos estavam fumaça pura. 3• apartamento era mofo puro. Por ultimo nos direcionaram para o 4• apartamento que era aceitável. Eu esperava menos aporrinhação, sem ter que aguardar quase 1 hora...

"The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. "Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"
