The room was super clean and the whole building was very nice. The noise starting at 2:30 in the morning from the garbage trucks made it near impossible to get a good night sleep. This happened both nights we were there. The location was great. Parking was not easy, but not a deal breaker.

Was a great location clean property but be aware there is no public parking. So you will have to park a couple blocks away at one of the pay parking garages. Besides that slight inconvenience, it was great

Great location and wonderful building. Super clean when we arrived, wonderful shower and it was nice having coffee in the room. Walking distance to the Green Line and to Fenway Park along with fun food and drink. North End was a nice 20 minute walk away. Hosts were excellent communicators and reached out to us upon discovering we left something behind. Would definitely stay there again. We didn’t have a car, so can’t comment on parking.

It was great. I just couldn’t shut my window and there was a college party in the alley outside so didn’t get a ton of sleep. But they did leave ear plugs so tells me I am not the first with this experience. Was clean and otherwise totally a nice place.

The building is in a perfect location - an easy walk to the subway and Fenway Park (we had tickets to see a game). Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was a large window in the room that looks onto a very busy street. The window is not sound proof at all, and I checked several times to make sure it wasn’t open. They do provide earplugs, which is helpful if you are used to sleeping with them in (am not).

Room was clean, building is pretty but the A/C barely worked. Room was hot and humid and was extremely loud starting at 3am every morning. Not sure what was outside but I should have known how loud it was going to be given they had complimentary ear plugs on the night stand. Location is great but sleep was hard to come by.

Overall, Maverick's safe and convenient location, cleanliness, accessibility to places we wanted to go to, and good communication with Maverick staff are the reasons we will come back! Parking which is readily available in front of the building is a great plus, not to mention that our room was equipped with a little kitchenette giving us the option to stay in and cook. My husband and I enjoyed the place! Thanks for your thoughtful hospitality!

Quiet central accommodation clean a little Spartan but otherwise fine . The coded entry system was a bit temperamental otherwise all ok . Towels a bit small stayed for World Cup game Sciotland v Haiti so price was higher than usual
