- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Good location and ideal for what we required at a good price. There was a strong smell of cats downstairs and the cottage could do with some updating.The BBQ we found was unusable. However for what we wanted it was perfect and good value."

"We had a wonderful time at the cottage – it was spotless, beautifully kept, and comfortable. The host was excellent and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views were absolutely stunning with the occasional treat of seeing a barn owl flying around. Highly recommend"

"The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Owners provided a ‘starter pack’ milk, tea, coffee. Nice touches. Owner was attentive, without being intrusive. Just right.Ideal location. A short walk from the middle of St Just, with pubs, hot food vendors and shops. Free parking near by. Short drive to beaches, and Cornwalls rugged coastline.What more could we ask for!"
