"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away. "The rooms were really spacious and had plenty of space for our family of three. The location was brilliant as jsut under a 10mins walk to a shopping mall that had a large supermarket and ice rink to entertain the kids. It was only a 15-20mins walk to the Christmas markets and 10mins walk to the train station so we felt central to all the sights and amenities without the hustle and bustle of being in Innsbruck old town. Breakfast was basic but set up us for the whole morning/early afternoon....

"I'd say it was a very good stay. Great room, lovely check in reception staff. Next to the main train station and buses to and from the airport, simply fab. Dont miss out on the breakfast room and bar on the 13th floor. Great views 👏 👌 "

"We had a very nice stay at Binders in Innsbruck. Our room had a balcony, which was nice to be able to enjoy the sunny weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that we got the Innsbruck Welcome Cards to use public transport and get some discounts, for instance for the Nordkettenbahn. It's about 1.5 km from the city centre, but with free public transport that's not a problem. If we would come to Innsbruck again, this is where we would stay."
