"Didn’t have a refrigerator or a bar in the room and you would’ve thought at least they could’ve put a couple of bottled waters in the room. I did not have an enjoyable stay, I tried to leave and cancel my second night reservation but they told me I couldn’t because it was through Expedia. There was noise in the halls till 2 o’clock in the morning again on Sunday night people running up and down the halls on the third floor the beds were rockhard and they didn’t have any other type of beds available to accommodate seniors and people that had recently had hip surgery. "

"The house was in a great location- steps from CU campus and a short drive to Pearl St. The house is comfortable and well stocked. One element that will make guests feel more comfortable is to remove family photos and other personal items while guests are staying. It makes guests feel like they are stepping into someone’s house, surrounded by all their personal items. Can be a little awkward at times. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions for how to best use the fear of the house. "
