"The staff at the hotel was amazing. the room we booked had a noisy ac and the staff immediately addressed the issue and moved us to a different room and then moved us again the next day to an amazing upgrade that made our stay even better . The young women at the reception desk Jessy ( who also is the bartender ) and Dominique Grandfort were incredibly thoughtful and helpful . Thanks to Banas Shokrollahi their supervisor for ensuring a great stay"

"We were there while attending a concert at Folsom Field on a Saturday night. Show ended at around 10:45pm. Everyone came back from the show and they closed the bar. Really bad planning on management's part and people were upset. It also put the bartenders in a really bad position. Everyone then went across the street to the Moxy."

"The staff was great! We asked for late checkout and they were very accommodating!!! For that reason we will be back!!! I did not like the heavy marijuana smell in the hallways and elevator!!!"
