"The hotel was very nice, room was clean, spacious. The placement of the table/desk was right under the TV, too close. The bed was also a bit too low, kind of makes it hard to get up. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed my overnight stay."

"We really only needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple nights stay. The room was actually more clean than other places in the Phoenix Metro area. There were a couple of issues, like we had to use our cell phones to log into the WiFi in order for the TV to get any channels, and that went out for a while. The smoke detector was missing, and there were some stains on the walls. Could've used a rack of sorts to hang up our shirts. The property is clearly working towards having a more honest crowd stay there, and that is appreciate by those of us who come out of town for a weekend here and there. Overall the stay was what we needed, and I would use their facility again when coming up to Phoenix."

"Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool. "

"The staff at night checkin were very good and helpful, they assisted with room changes. However, on the day of check out when we went to the parking lot out front to load our vehicle. We noticed someone during the night had hit our car. When we spoke to staff at desk they were extremely unhelpful, stated there were no cameras out front. Additionally, we had a fire alarm early that morning and when we went to evacuate there was an odor of smoke in the hallway. We were told not to worry about it"

"the staff checking in was not very professional and made odd comments about my grandson. the room smelled of smoke and incense the floors weren’t swept and the towels were dirty. i asked for a blanket and more towels the front desk lady said there weren’t any then a man came out of the back room and said yes there is and gave us some. she then followed me out of the desk area to the elevator and said shhhh we had a noise complaint - it was 5 o’clock and we had been there 25 minutes. i was going to book for a week here for a surgery recovery but i have chosen not to come back to this hotel. "
