The Space:

~ Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion, Makeup wipes, and starter packs of toilette paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets provided for your convenience. Additional products will need to be purchased.

~Starter coffee beans, coffee pods, tea, and sweeteners provided

~Large Game Room includes shuffle board, air hockey, Pacman, NBA Jams, a photo op, and large TV.

~Smart TV's throughout the house, including every bedroom. We provide a Netflix subscription and live cable through Spectrum. Feel free to log into your other subscription channels upon arrival

~We have a very large driveway that can easily accommodate a boat or camper and vehicles

~Fully equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances including a dual drip and pod coffee maker, blender, toaster, Breville microwave/ toaster oven/ air fryer, crock pot, dishwasher, stove, and all the amenities you need in the kitchen!

~The house is stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, a wagon, a cooler, toys, shovels, knee boards, and wave boards.

~High speed internet with a desk in the primary bedroom makes a suitable place to work for the day.

~Iron, ironing board, steamer, vacuum, broom, and hair dryer are in the property available for use.

~ The nursery nook off the primary bedroom includes a full size crib, 2 drawer nightstand, sound machine, and baby monitors. There is an additional pack and play in the queen bedroom and a Kub high chair in the kitchen.

Accessing the Property:

~Our goal is to always provide a 5-star guest experience. Our check in process is easy with a guest door code that changes after each stay.
Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am.

~We have two Ring cameras at the front of home and by the side door for your safety. There are no cameras or audio recording in social spaces or at the rear of the home.

~You may occasionally see our maintenance team at the property for the pool, spa, lawn, pest control, and trash. Pool, spa, and lawncare come weekly and pest control sprays quarterly. A neighbor takes out our trashcans.

Reminders:

~ The entire property is NO SMOKING and PET FREE

~Florida is in a tropical environment. We have professional pest control treat regularly, but it is not possible to eliminate all bugs inside and outside the home. Please pack bug spray and expect mosquitos, lizards, and other potential small bugs.

~ Please enjoy the entire property and the privacy that comes with it, but be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please do not play loud music during those hours.

~We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance offered through Airbnb. It will provide financial protection in case unexpected events occur, including inclement weather. We do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Guest access
Guests are allowed to access all areas of the space. We do have two owners closets locked up and are only accessible by our cleaners.
