"Loved our stay would stay again. We loved the pool and hot tub. Pool would benefit with something indicating the sudden drop from low to deep end. The place needs a little update on stuff, but that wouldnt stop us from going back."

"We had an amazing stay! The cabin was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub, and movie theater made the trip extra special. Franklin & Susan were wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again! "

"Thank you for sharing your property with us, we had a great time for our 1st family vacation with kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the theater room. The game room loft area was great for the kids to play and have a large bedroom area for them to hang out in when they weren't in the pool. We only had a couple small issues come up during our stay. The trash wasn't picked up from previous renters and by the end of the week we were struggling to place the trash in the appropriate receptical to avoid a mess and bear situation. We notified property owner and they stated they would let the cleaners know but no one ever showed up. Also, the pool temperature seemed to drop significantly from 1st day to mid week. We were told the temperature was automatically controlled underneath the house. With only those 2 things being an issue we just ensured we got in contact with property owners who were polite and quick to respond. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool was a nice size and the washer and dryer were a nice addition for wet suits and towels or washing up new outfits we picked up on our adventures."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Grandchildren LOVED it and so did we. We had a surprise guest a little Black Bear who came to visit and that was really exciting to see! Over the house is great BUT the windows (inside and out) and the Decks ALL NEED TO BE CLEANED AND the spiders on the inside of the windows need to be killed and cleaned also the Blinds NEED to be replaced otherwise the house is great. Do those things and you will get more people. The Pool was awesome and the Game player was working for us also and the theatre room also the kids enjoyed. Thank you for the memories.Fix the decks and windows and it will be a great place for more memories."
