Surround yourself with alpine beauty and modern comfort in this upscale home, perched just above the heart of Breckenridge. Located in the scenic Silver Shekel neighborhood, this 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and features sweeping mountain views, cozy living areas, and high-end finishes throughout. Remodeled with relaxation and connection in mind, it’s the ideal escape for friends, families, or anyone craving fresh mountain air.

Just a short drive away from the charm of downtown Breckenridge, you'll have quick access to Main Street’s locally loved restaurants, boutique shops, and the base of the ski resort and gondola. In summer, explore scenic hiking and biking trails right nearby; in winter, enjoy snowshoeing, sledding, and fresh powder runs. However you spend your day, it’s best capped off with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub—the perfect way to unwind after a full day of mountain adventure.

Inside, the home is designed for both gathering and retreat. Three levels offer distinct living spaces, so everyone has room to relax. Upstairs, a cozy game room with a pool table sits just off a quiet workspace, perfect for remote work or creative moments. The primary suite features a king bed, spa-style ensuite with a walk-in tile shower and oversized soaking tub, and a private patio where mountain mornings begin in peace.

On the main floor, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with natural light and frame the stunning mountain backdrop. A gas fireplace and plush seating make it the ideal après spot. The kitchen is fully outfitted with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a dining table ready for family-style meals. This level also includes two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a laundry room for added convenience.

Downstairs, kick back in a second lounge area with a TV, wet bar, and laid-back atmosphere for movie marathons or game-day gatherings. Another bedroom and bathroom complete the lower level, making it easy to host with comfort and ease. Whether you're planning a ski season escape or a summer adventure, this Breckenridge retreat is your gateway to mountain living at its finest.

The property also features enough parking for up to 4 vehicles with a 2 car heated garage and additional space for 2 more cars in the driveway. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay! The only issue we had was that there was a stain on one of the duvets. We communicated with the property management, and they were very helpful and responded quickly. We would have liked to see nicer bedding for the price we paid. Other than that, we loved the house. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We'll definitely stay here again!
