No expense was spared in the remodel of this Breckenridge treasure; this is historic home turned modern masterpiece! You’re in Breckenridge’s historic district only two blocks from downtown and a half block from the shuttle stop to the Breckenridge gondola. You truly can’t find a better home in a better location! Congratulations: You’ve found the perfect Breck home!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium home is a perfect getaway for groups or families of up to eight people. The whole home has an open concept with the living area featuring comfortable couches, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV: Relax and catch a movie or the morning snow report! The kitchen is completely remodeled with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. The dining room ties everything together with seating for up to six people at the table and room for four more at the counter.

Outside you’ll find a private hot tub with spectacular views of the Tenmile Mountain Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. There’s also a gas outdoor fire pit and gas grill that are perfect for enjoying the cool Breckenridge evenings. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- King master suite: beautiful bedroom with king bed, private attached bathroom with gorgeous walk-in tile shower and large walk-in closet, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 1: queen bed with direct access to shared bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds with access to shared bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Den: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: Walk-in tile shower, two sinks, full laundry area.

Perfect place for a Girls Weekenf

Our daughter and her bridesmaids had a girls weekend in Breckenridge. The home was beautiful and perfectly situated for all the activities and restaurants they planned. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Family trip to Breck

The house was very nice and very clean.. There were 6 adults and it was nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was large and very nice so it made cooking at home easier. The location of the house was great just a few blocks from main street and gondola.

Excellent location

We had a great stay here with our family of 5. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen was very large and had everything you needed. The hot tub was hit from the moment we got there, so that was a huge plus instead of having to heat it up. The location was outstanding. Easily able to walk to anywhere on Main Street in 5 minutes or less. Not to mention there was plenty of restaurants not on Main Street that we could walk to in minutes. I would absolutely stay here again during ski season or the summer. The property was very clean too!

A very clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay.

The host was very helpful in getting us into the property and assuring that all was well once we did. It is prime real estate in Breckenridge, only a block away from the center of the city and minutes away from the ski resort. The only criticism I have was the lack of communication leading up to the stay. It took me reaching out before I heard from anyone on the day of my stay, but they answered promptly.

Family vacation to Breckenridge. Great location and close to Main Street and the Gondola for skiing

Great location and convenient to everything. Very nicely decorated inside with a very user friendly kitchen. Fireplace and hot tub were great and used daily.

Perfect spot and great indoor layout

We loved staying at this property! The only slight inconvenience was that the den heater didn’t work, so we couldn’t have the babies sleep in that room and had to have them sleep in the other rooms where the adults were also sleeping. There was space, but ideally we wanted the babies to sleep in their own space. Other than that and that were areas of the home that I wish were cleaned better (underneath the couch, behind a storage bench in the King bedroom), everything was great for our family. The location was perfect, the property management company was very helpful and responsive and the layout of the home worked really well for us.

Such a great place

Such an adorable house and the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for everyone. We rent houses in Breckinridge 5-6 times a year and this is one our new family favs!

Fantastic location and lovely remodeled historic home

We loved the farmhouse feel to this home and the layout seems perfect with the central common areas, open beams, heated floor in the master bath and updated appliances. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again. The only negatives would be that both front and back yards need a bit of cleanup and TLC. The hot tub jets didn’t work and it doesn’t get very hot. Just some inconveniences but we still loved our stay!

Great house with perfect location.

The house suited our family of 5 very well. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to everywhere. House was stocked well. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable, beautiful renovation. Hot tub even had a view. Would definitely recommend!

Great location

This renovated little house was more spacious than it appears from the outside. Great sized kitchen with all the necessities, a good sized living room, a small back patio complete with a gas fire pit and hot tub, and three bathrooms, which met the needs of our three adult couples very well. It is located just 2 blocks from Main Street in Breckenridge, making walking to shop and dine super easy, and 2 blocks from a grocery store for any essentials you may need. The neighborhood feels safe. The house is just two door down from a great little breakfast place, Amazing Grace, that makes delicious scones, muffins, and biscuits. There is no air conditioning in the house, but there are numerous free standing fans as well as a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Our Kansas City crew enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the place to anyone.

Great house but needs some TLC

Beautiful renovation to make it an updated urban farmhouse! House was very clean inside and well stocked. Spa was great. A few things need immediate attention….the glass door in one of the showers has shifted and bangs in the glass wall when closing . It hits pretty hard. We shoved a towel in it so it wouldn’t shatter while we were there. It will break if not fixed bc you don’t realize it’s going to happen until it’s too late. The yard (front and back) was covered in knee high weeds. The fire pit would light for 5 seconds and go out. It had propane but must have an issue. So although it’s a great house, It needs some attention and love.
