  • The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. Some of the amenities include a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and underground garage parking. Guests enjoy the deck and the amazing river and forested view. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

    When renting at the Powderhorn property, you would have access to the Columbine Pool. The Columbine Pool is a shared complex pool; that is about a 5-minute walk from the unit.

    We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
