"The guy at check in couldn’t be bothered with us. My room had no soap and the shower door didn’t shut properly so it flooded the bathroom and there was no bathmat. "I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off (outside) unless we needed to flush the toilet The positive things are the super friendly staff and fun playground go the kids "
