"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "After reading reviews before I was a bit nervous but realised once I was there everything was great. I spoke to the person who was cleaning it and was told his company had taken over it few weeks before due to the last company not doing the job properly. Everything worked, the kitchen was well stocked with ALL the equipment. "The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location in Bergen with everything at your doorstep. We walked no more than five minutes away to catch a bus or boat for all of our excursions. The rooms are tiny with very little storage but you get used to it. The breakfast offerings are wonderful which made for a great start to the day."

"The view over the water was incredible and the property was fairly quiet although on our one night we could hear faint music outside until after 2:30 am. But ear buds fixed that. The room was quite small but cozy. The shower is just corner of the bathroom (no separate floor)so water from the shower made the bathroom floor quite messy so we had to use the towels for that. It was fine for one night stay however and very convenient."
