"Hotel Adalbert is a gem. An old monastery so an imposing building set in beautifully maintained grounds. Tram 22 from across the road will take you to the Old Town in 15 - 20 minutes. My room was immaculately clean with lovely old beams and breakfast was good with lots of choice."

"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."
