"It was so great to stay when we had great weather. I tend to stay during the winter holidays so to stay in September was awesome. I enjoyed being able to sit out on the decks for some much needed relaxation. I somehow left my suitcase on the elevator and the owner secured it for me to pick up the following day. Thank you Pat and John for your hospitality."

"We had a fabulous long weekend here - the walk to the beach was perfect, the home was comfortable and offered everything we needed. The combination of ceiling fans and A/C when desired is nice. For comfort, we temporarily reduced the overhead lighting by unscrewing a few light bulbs. It would be helpful to disconnect the headboard from the queen bed, as it squeaked extremely easily and was tough for our light sleeper. Thanks for providing staples like paper goods, linens and towels! We had a totally lovely stay."

"Just finished our week-long stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for our family group of 9 ranging in ages from 2 to 70. Each family "unit" had their own bedroom spaces that easily accommodated the parents and their young children. Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds and bedding. We easily prepared dinners a few evenings using the gas grill and the very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having the main dining table, third floor covered deck picnic table, and outdoor ground level dining set as options to seat the entire family.Some of our group needed to work occasionally while visiting. They had ample space to quietly get away from the activities when required and had good WiFi service for video conferencing. The elevator was appreciated as one of our party has mobility issues. It also was handy for moving luggage to the second floor and groceries to the third floor main kitchen.The provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cart made our beach visits especially convenient. It's an easy, short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less). The young kids loved the beach, but had as much or more fun playing in the backyard heated pool. The adults particularly liked the hot tub to warm up and soothe tired muscles. Communication with our host Marissa was excellent from the initial booking through our departure. All in all, we loved the house and highly recommend this property. Would have no reservations about booking here again if we travel to Brigantine."
