"This has been the worst hotel we have ever booked. We left 2hours after check in and the only reason it took us that long to leave was because we were trying to find another hotel to stay at at 1am. It was extremely dirty, dusty, it clearly was not cleaned prior to arrival, wall paper was peeling and mold could be seen throughout the room. We had booked for a non-smoking room and the room that we were provided with reeked of smoke. The lack of outlet covers made it easier for neighbors room smoke to make it worse. Bed covers were stained and dirty, as well as towels in the bathroom. Bathroom toilet would not flush. When we arrived the front desk staff was arguing with another customer and was escalating situation, I had gone back to the front desk twice after check in trying to get moved and in all instances the staff was involved in altercations with other customers. Area was not safe, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NEVER BOOK at this hotel or area ever again!"

"Dead insect in bathtub, the shower gel was not refilled before we got there, we asked front seat for a noon check out. At 11:10am, despite do not disturb sign, an employee came knocking on both doors (we had 2 rooms) and insisted our checkout time was 11. She left only after we told her to go confirm with the front desk"

"Breakfast was great! The room was nice like a studio apartment with beds that were so comfy! I was caught off guard with having to pay for parking but since i stayed for 2 days it was only 10 bucks. It does require a $100 deposit that i wasnt expecting but its alright you get it back. Staff was very nice and helpful during our entire stay!"

"Hotel was ok. Not terrible, not great. Pictures on the website make it look much nicer than it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hair in tub upon arrival. Toilet was loose on the floor ( it wobbled lol). Water would not always fully shut off. Carpet throughout is dirty. Coffee pot only brewed pre-packaged coffee. Price was fine. Parking was great. Bedding was clean. Water had good pressure. Plenty of towels."

"Upon check in the card reader for credit/debit cards was reading decline. I contacted my bank in front of the clerk and the bank confirmed the money was pulled. I tried my card 3 more times and it still came back declined. Nonetheless a back up card took care of the hotel stay despite me being charged with my bank that I have to no dispute. There were noisy guest below me and beside me. I’m a BX girl so I’m use to all kind of noises and traffic. First off these people were outside their room at 4am yelling, talking loud and laughing as if they were only ones staying at the hotel. I called the front desk and about 20 minutes later the noise stopped."
