Staff very welcoming & courteous. Clean, comfortable and safe accommodation for single woman traveller. Only fault was no parking on site & had to pay to park next door.

Great hostel. The best of my Australia trip. Very clean. Huge kitchen for cooking (by the end of the day it would get pretty dirty but still useable). Plenty of casual seating area in the lobby. Good location to story bridge and restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

I'm a light sleeper but slept really well here - Comfortable bed and quiet room. I really appreciated the clean and modern bathroom which was flush with light. To change air con fan-speed and temp, you will need to ask reception to attend your room and use their universal remote, but this was no problem for them and they seemed very happy to assist.

The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable, the shower was literally a trickle of lukewarm water-no hot water and no pressure, the room and bathroom was quite clean. The entry steps had water leaking underneath them/at the bottom of them and is a slip hazard. For the price I was very disappointed
