The free parking is great, however getting in and out of the parking area is difficult due to being on a main road. Checking in is confusing as it is all electronic keypads and entry code texted or email with no staff at the facility. Felt safe with security staff in attendance. Rooms were comfortably.

Very basic hotel, was formerly an Ibis Budget property. Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms. But it's clean and has had a bit of paint and cleanup. Onsite parking available, close to bus station to easily get into the city or connect with a train to the airport. Rooms at the front of property can get some road noise from Lutwyche Road. I would happily stay again here.

The location was central to my needs, great shower, but the shower curtain was a BIG NEGATIVE to me, probably need better ventilation after a hot shower, otherwise the smoke alarm will activate and go off, BEWARE. Comfy bed, MACCAS across the road, otherwise it was an ok Motel.

This was the most comfortable bed in paid accommodation that I have EVER slept in! That is my first comment, wow to have a comfortable bed like never before! Now this is a budget Motel, there is no one on site, you get a code to enter the front door and your room. However everyone staying there was very respectful, it was so quiet I never heard a door slam or a child running down the corridor. It is on the main road, very close to the RW Hospital, yet over a two night stay I heard two sirens on one night only, it was quieter than staying in the City or Southbank. Person split system A/C so room the way you want it rather than rubbish ducted. Plenty of safe parking. The one negative is the bathroom isn't actually a wet room and the shower has just a curtain, the floor floods every time. This means your bath mat is saturated. For a working stop, visiting the hospital and competition stay, this is an excellent option.

I found it very difficult to use the keyless system, sometimes it worked other times it didn’t . The location was excellent for my purposes. Only downside was the construction of the property next door , the noise .
