It would be helpful if the front desk staff can provide more info about the property at check-in such as property amenities and housecleaning schedule. They also gave us the wrong key and we had to go back. The location is excellent. It’s close to everything in the CBD.

Zac in reception was very helpful and welcoming, had an issue with shower head which was promptly addressed by maintenance, who was also a very welcoming and approachable man, sorry didnt get his name. Location of room, ease of access to parking and surrounding amenities makes this a great central option in the CBD.

Booking was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is in the middle of the business district and thus convenient for the appointments that we had arranged. Traffic and ambient noise turned out not to be an issue. The only downside was tht because of its location the size of the property is not expansive.

Building is clean and well maintained. The room / apartment was clean but in aging condition. The bed was quite uncomfortable and our sleep was very poor. Location is very convenient. Price was competitive with alternatives but still shockingly expensive.

Easy checkin very helpful staff allowed us to into room earlier as it was ready. Room was great,booked a one bedroom but it was actually 2 bedrooms. Very clean, kitchen equipment not so good only 3 small glasses. Shower very average water pressure. Pool was niceamd gym well equipped. Great location easy walking distance to shops and food. Extra surprise of christmas treats in room, very nice

Unfortunately the room needed a lot of attention - dryer, toilet and door to balcony all broken. Carpet needs replacing (lots of stains and warping) and to increase privacy to the main living area, more appropriate curtains should be considered. The reception staff were lovely to deal with and took feedback and attempted to rectify the problems that they could.
