"Check in was fast and easy, we found the room clean with basic amenities. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues such as a bedside electric socket not working and the wall lamp loose. The TV offers basic channels but no smart TV option. By the end of the day, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. Staff on reception appeared indifferent at times. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and a bonus that kids under 6 eat free. Parking is included and the hotel is just across the road from Cabot Circus shops and restaurants."

"The restaurant is barely acceptable. The morning eggs were sitting in a slurry of water suggesting the scrambled option had a powdered origin. Parking is the same 17 a night as it is across town at the royal marriott. Location near Cabot circle is nice."

"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."
