"The house was beautiful and very clean. Everyone who stayed with us was impressed and enjoyed the time in Malibu. The house was perfect for our special occasion.Despite some miscommunication and misunderstandings at the beginning of the booking, they genuinely made an effort to be understanding and accommodate our needs.We are so glad that we stayed at the house and wish we had more time to spend there.In-person check-in was required, which made our day a little hectic, but once you see the house, you understand why they want it that way. It’s also nice to have someone walk you through everything.They have a very nice kitchen and literally has everything! We would love to come back if we ever have the chance again to relax and enjoy a family vacation. Thank you for having us!"

"This was a beautifully decorated, fully stocked, sunlight-drenched home set in a thoughtfully landscaped garden above the beaches of Malibu. My family and I were beyond delighted by the outstanding views and the eclectic collection of art, furniture and decor, especially because the home did not feel too precious to enjoy: It’s clear it has been lived in and well loved. Highlights included stargazing around the deck firepit; soaking in the hot tub at sunset; playing the Disklavier; birdwatching and reptile-scouting (saw lots of little lizards but only one snake: a garter), and sleeping in fresh, comfy beds. The kitchen was very inviting, nicely designed and well-equipped (better appliances than we have at home!). The location was excellent, with beaches, coffee and groceries just minutes away by car. There are lots of great restaurants in Malibu, too. The Air Concierge folks were very communicative, accommodating, professional and polite. Booking was straightforward, every question and concern was addressed promptly, and all instructions were clear. Be forewarned: there are several rules for this rental, and they ask you to document any major issues/damages you see upon arrival, but they made the process as painless as possible. We felt like our comfort and happiness were their priorities, and they did not try to zing us with extra charges for any home issues we missed initially. I would return in a heartbeat and am grateful for the unique and positive experience. "

"The property is beautiful, as advertised. The views are amazing, even in rainy December. The beds are extremely comfortable, the layout is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Our stay was wonderful! We hosted Thanksgiving there and the kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space for many cooks in the kitchen. The entire property was spacious. The views and the outdoor areas are amazing! Communication in advance of our trip was great. During our stay we had some minor communication challenges but nothing that wasn't remedied. The home had areas that were a bit worn and could use some attention. But overall, a beautiful place to enjoy time with family in an incredible setting!"

"My favorite get-a-way hands down. I try to get back as much as I can. It is so peaceful and has the best views in Southern California. Robin is great. The cottage is cozy/small but has everything you need. I cannot recommend Robins cottage enough. "
