"Finding reception was a mission then the lifts in the car park were not well signed, I blame the renovations/building work but hopefully this will improve. Our wardrobe hanger fell off and the bathroom draw was broken (could not be used) but otherwise it’s great! I’d definitely stay again if I get a good deal."
