"The pool was great but not well heated for this time of year. Room was great and bathroom lovely. Shame the walkway to pacific fair was blocked (no reason provided) so walk over there was pretty long. Had s great stay, beds comfy too"

"We arrived just outside of office hours, but I had received an email on how to check in when arriving late. The process was so easy and the accommodation was perfect. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The heated pool was amazing! Any questions were answered promptly, and they were so accommodating with our family emergency on the day of check out. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to any families travelling. The tram was literally across the road and Pacific Fair only 1 stop away. Surrounded by restaurants and bars - everything was minutes away or at our doorstep!"

"Great location for public transport . Apartment was lovely but the bed was not as I would have expected. Furniture was nice for decor but not practical for some people eg elderly."

"The whole experience staying here was good. Reception staff excellent, car parking and access to the unit great. Beds /pillows best we’ve had in a long time. Showers superb, full tv coverage including Fox. For the price and location excellent value."
