This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. This hotel values the customer, and that is core value to feel welcome. Excellent breakfast as well. And the hotel is super central to old town, and yet quiet being in the center. Rooms are definitely small, so if you have multiple large check ins, you’ll be getting creative on how to unpack:)) "

"The hotel is in a quieter part of the town but close to all the amenities which worked well for us. The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and heating/aircon unit. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our breakfast was free so I can't complain, but the very varied choice was aimed more at other Europeans with an array of cheese, olives and cooked meats and salad."
