"The fitted sheets on our bed in main bedroom was dirty/stained but no problem getting it switched out. The drain in shower was clogged and standing in water while showering. However we still say it’s a 5!"

A special shout out to Clay, the truly gracious and hospitable day bartender whose warmth, welcome and insights on the city absolutely made our stay.
