Reasonable price for this location and size of property, it looks a bit old but renovated and clean. Kitchen has all we need. When we were there the lift was not working, it's a bit difficult to get luggage up the narrow stairs. There are restaurants on the ground floor it's a bit noisy at night. Overall, for this price and location I do feel this is a good choice. Check in is easy though it's a bit of walk to the property in the rainy day on the stony roads in Brussels. However, this apartment is walkable to the train station that is convenient for us travelling to other city and the airport.

Fantastic location! Just be aware that elevator only goes to 3rd floor, so if you apt is on 4th floor, the stairs are very hard. The bed is comfortable but the room could use a little fixing and a little atmosphere but i would rent it again. You canโ€™t beat it
