The hotel was very good. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in Brussels. It’s close to the city center and easy to get around. I definitely would use it again if I were to return to Brussels for sightseeing or shopping. The staff was generally friendly and helpful for the most part.

AC does not work. In none of the rooms. It’s an old system with no digital thermostat, so many people were complaining when we were there. We changed rooms, also not working in other room. Double bed was 2 single beds put together There is no room service If you want something like a dental kit you need to go get it yourself Housekeeping did not come for some reason Paid over £200 per night Absolutely terrible

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Die Lobby und die Bar sind sehr stylisch und einladend. Die Cocktails toll gemixt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber ausreichend groß. Es gibt Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und was super nett ist einen Willkommensgruss mit Gebäck und Säften. Einzig der Teppich im Zimmer könnte durch Laminat getauscht werden.

Lovely hotel, room spacious and clean and staff very helpful. Negatives are that the room was extraordinarily hot, with the air con unit only blowing out hot air at varying speeds. Windows can only open a little, which couldn't cool the room down enough. Breakfast also very expensive

Really enjoy the bar! Very warm and comfortable, good food and drinks. The only complaint is they did away with the music (Gregorian chant?) in the room and hallways. Always enjoyed it, very relaxing.

Great staff, great location. My main gripe is the room temperature - even with the air con temp turned right down off it was still too hot and stuffy - i hate air con at the best of times so we switched it off, didn’t make the room temp better though!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great. The gentleman on reception, when we arrived, noticed that it was my birthday from my passport and was so kind making the stay special. We had dinner in the restaurant that night as we arrived quite late. The food and service were first class. The best birthday! We loved the hotel and Brussels.
