"Great property for a get together with friends. There’s 3 on suite rooms and a double bedroom downstairs’ with a bathroom close by, there is also a twin room which is small but a nice room, ‘BUT’ you do have to go downstairs to use the loo, as the two bedrooms upstairs are on suite. That was the only fault we could find(if there’s 10 sharing) with this immaculate house. The pool table was well used by us all, as was the outside sitting areas and the hot tub. "Room (en-suite) was clean and nicely presented with good facilities, tea, coffee hairdryer, etc. Continental breakfast was ok but could have been a little better if it included for example croissants, more jams and spreads. Car parking in Llandudno is a challenge but street parking is just about manageable and free between 6pm and 10am!"

"Nice place to stay. Great for individual travellers, couples and families. Breakfast was good as was dinner. The spa was decent. Not overcrowded at all with indoor and outdoor options. The rooms were comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower area was different from what I've seen before. It was nice. The only issue was dogs...I love dogs but dogs fighting is not what I'd like to experience on a break."

"Helpful and friendly host. Hotel has seen better days but new owner is working hard to bring hotel up to scratch and our family room was clean, comfortable and very spacious for a family of four. Tv reception was intermittent but we were only there for one night to catch the ferry so no bother. Continental breakfast was ok although the croissants didn’t look very continental but the staff were lovely, offering to fill our water bottle for the journey. Beautiful views from breakfast room window. The hotel is in a great spot for scenic boardwalks in area. Good value and very convenient stopover for the ferry."
