"There were two buttons by my door, one red, one green. No explanation at what they were, I assumed the red means DO NOT NEED SERVICE, I pushed and realized was emergency button, I pushed the green and did not stop it , I saw a housekeeper I said I made a mistake , she said it happens all the time , go to the front desk they will turn it off , I went to the desk there was a young very blonde hair girl and I apologized and said by mistake I pushed the button, she just did not like what had happened as she had no idea what to do but by her gesture I could tell she was very mad at me . I sat and waited for someone higher up come and figure it out, no one knew how to turn the emergency alarm off, I finally went back to my room , this time the green button worked and silenced the alarm , I went back downstairs and again I apologized but no empathy from the blonde girl, she still looked at me as I had broken the cardinal rule of church and I am not forgiven. Terrible attitude , by the coffee in the room sucks too, otherwise location and everything else was great !!"

"Would definitely recommend Habyt Vienna! First, the location is not at the centre but is one train plus a bus ride. It is not difficult at all. It is close to Prater, which is directly connected to Stephenplatz. It is right across a bus stop, which goes directly to Wien Hbf, the main train station. The rooms are modern and new. The bed is soft. The bathroom is clean and has good water pressure. There is a lounge where there is free nespresso coffee. Luggage storage is EUR10 for 3+ bags. The kitchen in the room has nespresso machine, safe, but no microwave, laundry is for a fee. Overall, I loved this place, it is in the Austria campus which is quiet and safe. It made my stay in Vienna comfortable! Most importantly, it is worth the price. Definitely recommend."

"Everythinat is flawless at this huge, brand new, high tech hotel.. The promised shuttle bus took me to the rather isolated property where I checked in on one of the many self-service terminals in the lovely lobby. The room was small but inviting and had everything I needed but nothing more. The bed and bedding were outstanding and I had a great sleep. The washroom was well-designed and user friendly. The room and the rest of the property was spotless and welcoming and is the obvious result of exemplary design. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. One irritating flaw caused me to give four stars instead of five. The hotels sends numerous messages before arrival. I have no idea what the messages said because they were all in German with no option to read the messages in other languages. One has to wonder why no thought was given to either providing the messages in English and other languages or proving automatic translation. Definitely an unfriendly, thoughtless introduction to an otherwise wonderful stay at a great property. This is by no means a luxury property but I very much enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a testament to thoughtful design and impecable execution."
