Villa Inés is located in a residential area, on the top of a small hill, with unobstructed views over the Bay of Alcudia. The situation is ideal, as it is only 2 minutes to the motorway access. 30 min to Palma, 15 min to the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, Muro, Can Picafort and Pollensa.
VIlla Ines has been refurbished in 2020, and has the best comforts that can be offered nowadays. Free Wifi, swimming pool and chill out area for starry nights’.
It has air conditioning and heat pump in the bedrooms, and pellet heating on the ground floor, ducted to the upper floor.
