Lots of good shopping opportunities nearby. Lots of good restaurants. I have walked in the area around the hotel ... it is not very exciting (mostly industrial parks, Lahey hospital, Burlington mall, etc ...), but the sidewalks are safe.

There was an amazing plaza next door with food and shopping options and about 5 minutes away a wonderful mall with shops around it. Great area.

This hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants and was easy on and off I-95. Very quiet, suburban feel.

Nice area, but the State needs to invest in improving the quality of their streets. I've literally traveled dirt roads that were smoother.
"We stayed for 2 nights. We walked to Fenway the first night. For the second day, we took a trip through the public garden and Boston Common. The hotel has good public transit access and is a reasonable distance to downtown. Even mid-range properties in Boston can go for a high price. This hotel is an old property that has been renovated. The room is spacious, but spartan. The bathroom was clean and functional. The hotel was well maintained. But it was very reasonable in terms of amenities and cost for this area. We would stay there again work or leisure."
"We loved staying here! We enjoyed an afternoon at the pool (make sure to reserve chairs before you arrive!!) and the location was perfect for walking around and finding great bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby! "
"First time at a CitizenM Hotel. I will definitely be back. Modern, clean, very good HVAC and firm, comfortable bed. Rooms are on the smaller side though efficiently laid out. Perfect for solo travel or couple that like one another and wish to be on the go. The common areas have a good vibe and staff is friendly. Back Bay location is great with lots of eats, shopping, and 15 min walk to Fenway. "
