"This was the cheapest option for us and close to BU. Kenmore T is only 2–3 minutes away, and location is convenient for Uber/Taxi pickup. Stayed in Comfort Studio in the basement by rear entrance. Faced a parking lot and busy intersection, so LOTS of road noise. It looks exactly like the pictures, but lacks basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe despite having space for one, and no iron/ironing board. The sofa bed wasn’t made, extra bedding had to be retrieved from another floor ourselves, the TV...

"The building is not new. Hallway was musty. Boxes in the entry way. People sitting on the front stoop smoking, Dirty wash cloth on the stair railing. Management company only communicated via text and wasn't very friendly at all. I would not stay there again."

"We had a incredible stay at this property. Marina, the host, was wonderful and very attentive. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities/items we needed to feel right at home. The location is prime. The neighborhood is charming and safe. We enjoyed walking to all our destinations. We fit in extra activities because everything was so close and easy to. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable stay. We would 100% recommend and hope to stay here again!"

"We arrived at the check in time and the unit was not cleaned. There was poop in the toilet, beds not done, food in the kitchen and towels on the floor. The host only had excuses and offered 50 credit. We had to get ready for an event in a disgusting bathroom. When we returned later the unit had been cleaned but because of the late hour on a Sunday, the cleaners did not put much effort into cleaning the unit. The floors and carpets were not vacuumed. The supplies had not been replenished. ...
