Charming place in a great area with lots of character. There were some reviews that complained about noise, but it was not a problem for us. We slept great! They also provided ear plugs if noise is a concern. Brookline has great restaurants and stores. We loved staying here! 100% would stay again.

Area is quiet, building is modern, super clean and roomy. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Green line is an easy, short walk. Elevator wasn't working, but we were notified ahead of time and we easily managed the one flight of stairs. Would stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. Great location! Room is quite small though, and it would be nice if there was an extra (heavier ) comforter /blanket in the room. I didn't realize when I booked that it wasn't a standard hotel (like with a lobby/reception) , but it worked fine. excellent communication w/host.

Rooms were clean and help was readily available. A very nice setup and was pleasantly surprised with the size of room. I’d definitely recommend Maverick Suites on Marion to anyone staying in the Boston area.

The location and room was as described. My only suggestions would be the following - provide a full length mirror. There was absolutely enough space. The bed is on a metal platform, and even slightly moving, resulted in a LOT of squeaking. They should shift to another type of platform immediately. Also, there was only ONE bedside table. Which meant that everything for 2 people had to be stored on the one table. It's always nice to have your own bedside table.

The room was nice - very clean, nice little kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and an assortment of dishes. Once I figured out how to get my code to check in (the online form did not quite work for me) the "no front desk, no contact" check in was very smooth and the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful! The location was nice - close to transit.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Very clean, bare bones but has essentials. Nice location, parking nice to have although a tight squeeze indeed but my rental was big. Easy access to green line T and seemed like a nice area.

Great location in Brookline. Property is around the corner from Beacon street and the Summit green line T station. About 20 minute ride on T to downtown. Parking must be reserved in advance (only 2 spots behind building) for $50 a day. We looked at other lots nearby but they were $70 per day. Floors creak and walls are thin so you can hear neighbor walk, talk and get ready in the morning. Bathroom is tight and desk is very small. Common area seating, kitchen and laundry are nice. Elevator stopped working during our stay. It’s about half the price of hotels in downtown so we gladly accepted the 20 minute T ride and noise.

Room was spotless, all common areas were tastefully designed, safe keyless entry. The location was great - right around the corner from public transportation for direct access to downtown, tons of cafes/bars/restaurants in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood - quiet yet lively. Overall, a great stay.
