"We came from out of town. Only stayed 1 night. As soon as we checked in and went upstairs to our room it appeared there was many people living in this hotel. So much garbage sitting in the hallways. Entire hallway smelled like vomit. Got to our room it was dirty and the mattress looked like it was 60 years old. There was a woman in the hallway going door to door. This is when we felt unsafe. Tried to get a refund. Was told "no refund if its more than 5 minutes after check in" they did move our...
