"Very nice facility with excellent service provided by the employees."

"They said our room was brand new remodel. Thats pretty scary then. The ceiling fan was caked in filth and hanging out filth. We turned on ceiling fan and dust fell out. The blow Dryer started to smoke at 10 seconds due to filth in it. Tub looks as if was jetted but now not. Bad cover job too. pd for 6 person got 3 towels. Had to take dirty to get more was told they charge for towels that are stained or for more than 3 persons WOW ALL OF IT was crazy. No blankets either. 2 beds and couch. 1 blanket. Seriously? We asked for towels and rag to clean ceiling bath fan. Came back to ungodly amount of towels (it was smart ass of them but gave us a good laugh) and fan was kinda cleaner. Told them should clean blow dryer before it catches fire. won't stay again. Willing to pay more for better next time!!! New room? Don't want to see others!!!!"

"To start, the manager was rude and upset that we booked through expedia because he lost commissions. He made it very clear his was unhappy, which set the tone for the rest of time there. He put us in the furthest room, near the construction and away from easy access even though I expressed my mother is elderly. The morning staff ladies, we're pleasant and kind, the housekeepers as well. The food, seemed reheated. No service for the waffles or non stick spray so you couldn't make waffles after the first person. No fruit, no utensils for serving different items, you either use the same one or grab things with your hands. The room, stained all over, not sure how the curtains, headlamps and walls get so dirty but it felt off. We were sick and booked this place last minute so we didn't bother looking anywhere else. I will ot be using expedia deals ever again. This was the worst place ive ever stayed. Not to mention the sketchy people that hang in the parking lot all night. No on site security. If you are on a budget, there are more options locally."

"There was someone’s left overs in our “cleaned” room. Even thou the handicap rooms were full, (we had a reservation) I can’t walk because of a foot injury. They then put me on the second floor. If there had been a fire, I would have no way out because I can’t go down stairs."

"Was woken up at 1:15AM with a false fire alarm. We all had to evacuate for about an hour. I could hear the ppl above me clearly, not much insulation Soap dish dirty, top for frig filthy (which is chin level), NO paper towels provided in the kitchenette. Staff nice but the front desk was vacant upon my arrival, and during my stay when I needed help. You have to call a number and WAIT till the front desk shows back up. The room AC is an old relec of sorts that is VERY LOUD. This surprised me as the hotel looks new but AC units in each room are not. Convenient location but won't be staying again."
