"Très déçus de notre séjour. Il s’agissait de notre 3ᵉ visite dans cet établissement, et jusqu’à présent nous en étions satisfaits. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été totalement gâchée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était privatisé lors de notre venue, et notre chambre se situait juste au-dessus. Résultat : nuisances sonores importantes jusqu’à 1h30 du matin, rendant le repos impossible, malgré la présence d’enfants. Nous avons dû nous déplacer à la réception en pleine nuit pour signaler le problème. Au moment du départ, lorsque la question de notre satisfaction nous a été posée, nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement. La seule réponse apportée a été que le restaurant était privatisé, sans réelle excuse ni solution. Ce type de situation relève pourtant du bon sens : lorsqu’un espace est privatisé avec des nuisances prévisibles, il est indispensable de ne pas attribuer les chambres situées au-dessus, ou d’en informer les clients en amont. Nous regrettons ce manque d’anticipation et de considération, qui ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation attendu."

"The lady on reception was lovely 10/10 friendly and helpful. However the room was very small and tired, with minimal plug sockets. There were huge spiders in the hotel. (We saw at least 2 with bodies about 2-3 cm). The spa costs money (€35 per person), which was unclear on the hotels.com web page and it was also closed. The gym was locked and we were told by a very unfriendly staff member when we went for an explore that it was shut and so was the spa. (We were there at 4pm). The lovely reception lady gave us the key to the gym, she had no idea that it was locked. However the machines were broken and most were not working and there were bed mattresses and toilet rolls stored in there. If these facilities aren't going to be available then it should be made clear to guests before arrival as we would have stayed elsewhere. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a good size, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus—only about 10 minutes from Disney, making it really convenient. There’s also on-site parking available for a reasonable fee, which I found very helpful. The room included a kettle for making tea and coffee, which was a nice touch, and there was a good selection of TV channels for entertainment. One thing to note is that room service isn’t automatically provided unless you request it. The only downside was that the room felt quite warm, and I couldn’t get the air conditioning working (if there was any), which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel as a great value-for-money option, especially given its location and amenities."

"Overall the apartment was okay. We had some negative surprises, such asOne of the bed mattresses was very uncomfortable.The front door lock did not work, and it took many calls to reach someone to help access at checkin.Although the listing advertised that a dryer, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, they were actually not. So after 24 hours of travel, and delayed entry, we had to figure out where to go buy necessities.It was also very hot at night, and no fans were available. Opening the windows to bedrooms was concerning, because they open directly to the street, with no barricade. So anyone can easily reach in to rob you, or even jump in through the window. And for people who are new to an area this is very scary. So, in a record breaking heat wave, we couldn't open the windows to cool off the air at night to sleep.Wifi instructions had to be asked for, not provided at checkin. Also did not provide access or instructions for us to take the trash to the building's dumpster. So it just piled up in the house for our 1 week stay. Otherwise, if the host fixes these few missing items, fixes the door lock, and you are not visiting in the summer, it could be a nice place. Having the patio was very nice, the apartment layout is very nice for families and kids. The kitchen is well supplied. Coffee maker instructions would have been helpful, but after a few days we figured it out. All rooms were as expected from the pictures. "
