"Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

"Difficult to find in the dark Beds uncomfortable with small rooms, nowhere to open a case No instructions for boiler or hot water. When we did work out the boiler, only 2 of us had a shower because the water was too hot and dangerous, we couldn’t get it any colder the temperature control in the shower did nothing. The bathroom was musty and grimy and like a caravan size pod. "

"Nice restaurant and bar area, and staff were all very good. There is a good patio area with tables to the front of the property and it was easy to park. The music being played during the evening was excellent. Breakfast was pleasant but my full English was overdone slightly - hot but a bit on the crispy side. Having said that, dinner the night before was very good. The room was clean but the aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off and it was very warm. The bathroom was clean but the shower had a mind of it's own and kept deciding what temperature it wanted to be despite what setting I wanted. All in all, a very good hotel with good food and staff."
