"Lovely short break in an idyllic location. Outside was frosty and it had a flurry of snow but we were so warm and cosy in the cottage. We had a great stay with our dogs and will definitely be back. "

"Excellent location for family get-together & birthday party. The host (Fiona) was extremely helpful & pub staff provided really great service & friendly too. Pub Food was excellent 100% accurate for such a large party. The accommodation is a little quirky, but exactly as expected given it’s within a 16th century property. Great that they also have a (convenience) shop on site given that the local store is now permanently closed."
