Situated right in the heart of the historic market spa town of Buxton, it provides the ultimate convenience for exploring the town's elegant streets and nearby parks, all while maintaining an atmosphere of peaceful serenity. The property itself is a breathtaking masterpiece - a grand, Grade I-listed Georgian curve that seamlessly blends magnificent heritage architecture with immaculate, contemporary high-end luxury. We stayed in the stunning Crescent bedroom, which was a masterclass in comfort and sophistication. "The property is in a great location and is a great size for larger groups and suited our multi generational family stay. The ground floor ensuite with own door was perfect for elder relatives and having 2x sets of house keys is helpful with a large group. Beds are comfortable and towels and linen fresh, although linen could be improved with correct fitting and supplying protective covers for all mattresses and pillows. Parking is very limited, with only residential street parking close. The facilities at the property are good. A great warm shower in the main bathroom, the bath not so appealing aesthetically, This property has been furnished with a vintage touch, so do not expect modern frills and technology other than heating, the property would benefit from providing a manual on how to operate the heating and extra lamps in the main lounge. If your in to TV, there is one in every room, The overall decor needs attention to detail, yes it is an older victorian building, however it is a competitive market out there and the property needs to be finished at a higher quality to finish previous repairs, maintenance to decor. There is a need for repairs to floorboards and bannisters as dangerous in places, this is not a result of it being an older building. I would stay here again and feel this property has great potential to do well for Future rentals.Beth and James have been very professional and communication throughout the booking has been really good."
