"Hôtel ben correct pour un passage d’une nuit! Très bon service, propre et accessible Le parking de l’hôtel est sous le Métropolitain peu être un peu inquiétant pour une personne seule le soir. Le prix des chambres était vraiment bien!! Restaurant au RC un peu bruyant!"

"We were disappointed in our stay at Newstar. The shower didn't work properly (either scalding or freezing water) and the drain stoppers were missing on both the tub and the sink. The mini-fridge in the room was barely cool (slightly below room temperature) and the room floor needed repair. The bed was comfortable (good mattress and plenty of pillows) and there was adequate parking. There was no closet, only 4 hooks and 3 drawers. There was an iron, but no ironing board. There were bath towels and wash cloths, but no hand towels. The walls were thin and loud neighbors woke me up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the hotel bar wouldn't let us charge to the room and didn't take credit cards, cash only. The location is good, right off of the highway, with restaurants within walking distance. The room and overall property were clean and the staff was pleasant. "

"The staff was nice, and apparently upgraded my room. The room was decently clean however towels looked a bit dusty. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite modest for its price and three pieces of fruits on the plate looked tired (from overnight stay in the fridge?) I liked location in a minute walk to a subway 2and a few minutes to the mall with a proper place for breakfast."

"For people with technical challenging, it needs to be simpler and we need to have someone to communicate with. Thanks to your neighbours, the barber who did a great job connecting me with the owner, and the friendly auto repair shop for the parking lot. The stairs need a good cleaning and some repairs (there is a risk of falling). Otherwise, the stay was peaceful and short, pleasant. "

"Terrible experience. The worst vrbo I’ve been in. Dirty, smells of cigarettes and weed upon first opening the door. Had to stand in the trash filled doorway for 20 minutes while waiting to get a key as there were no keys in the lock box. At Greeted by some sketchy looking people in the common area. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room and no option to get more even after requesting more. Bad neighborhood, very dirty. Did not feel safe while staying here. Room is not as advertised. Also had an incident where another guest smashed a window and they had to escort her out screaming at 11pm. Do not recommend. "
