Beautiful Condo Steps from the Beach with Lovely Large Patio.

"Great location and love that the property was rentable for just a night. Hosts were very accommodating. The property overlooks the Gulf Place lawn with a large patio. It is next to Shelby's, so it was lovely to sit and listen to the live music during the dinner hours. The unit does not have a full kitchen or full fridge, but we really appreciated the microwave, small fridge & toaster oven for our quick stay, and it is within steps of a number of great restaurants, including our favorite, The Perfect Pig!"

"This home is beautiful and Kathryn is a wonderful, responsive host who is so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions and she always responded promptly and was never frustrated with our many questions. Being right next to the pool was a huge plus and the golf cart made trips to the beach quick and easy. Highly recommend!!"

"This house was perfect for our multi family stay. It’s convenient to the beach and the included golf cart made getting to the beach easier, more fun and much less sandy for the cars. Jacob was extremely communicative and helpful with any issues we had even got us a new golf cart on short notice to use when ours had issues. Everything was wonderful!"

"The house is in a great location to walk to beach and a few food places. Beach was a 10! Th house was very clean, very cold AC, kitchen was well supplied and there is a washer dryer in unit. My only negatives were the king mattress was tired and needs replacing and the living room sofa was uncomfortable, but we spent very little time in the house. The pool across the street was great for a quick dip on the way back from the beach. There was parking for 2 cars and the neighborhood was quiet and safe."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good property. The location was great and the use of the bikes were good. The house was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. Crushed goldfish on the rugs and the floors were dirty. The kitchen was not stocked well compared to other places we have, but if you eat out most of the time it is fine. Having the pool was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall it was fine for our family for a quick trip to the beach."

"This property was in a great location, although much busier than in years past. While a bit dated, it was very spacious with a great patio and conveniently located to the ocean and pool. The pool is quite small relative to the complex size (but the grandkids enjoyed just as well)! I would recommend a new cleaning service (toilets not clean, sand on the dining table, clothing left from previous guest, hand towel on the floor at the head of master bed). Otherwise, we had a great time !"
