Super friendly staff, José at the concierge staff, Juan Ramon at the pizza bar, even Freddie one of the cart drivers. All together providing the best service and experience. This was my 4th time at this resort and I plan on doing a 5th!!! It’s hands down one of the best places in Cabo you can go to if you want piece and quite, great food, and top shelf drinks.

Clean room, extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The on-site restaurants varied slightly, but every meal was enjoyable—never a disappointment. The resort was well-suited for both adults and families. My only complaint: I paid extra for a balcony pool upgrade but only had access to it for 1.5 out of 5 days due to weather restrictions. While I understand and appreciate the safety concerns, I would have liked prior notice and some form of compensation or compromise for the limited access to the amenity I paid for.

This was by far the best all inclusive I have stayed at. I read reviews to be wary of which inclusive package to get. We chose the premium and asked for a bill copy for everything. All was good. We did not do any time share talks and were very up front about it. All the food was amazing as well- and I’m a finicky eater. Would go back again!

Had such an amazing time at this resort definitely 10 out of 10 experience. All the food was so delicious and high-quality especially their steak. Their drinks are really good as well. Everything was unlimited if you get that package, it was so relaxing definitely family friendly felt like such a luxury experience and all the staff was super friendly as well.
