"The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care."

"Everything you need in one beautifully maintained resort. The staff were all kind from reception to restaurant staff to the beach hut attendants and the cleaning crews. Honestly, everyone we interacted with on the island was beyond kind, even our young kids made note of it on multiple occasions. We originally booked a room on the hilltop but upgraded upon arrival to a beachfront and IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! The views were absolutely incredible from early morning to sunset. The rooms on the hilltop felt a little intimidating with two young children (why we opted to upgrade), but we did end up going to the pool on a few occasions and the walk from the beachfront wasn't bad at all! Our room was well maintained throughout our stay and had everything we needed to make some meals on our own. Ordering groceries through the resort website was also a breeze! For the times we didn't feel like cooking, it was very convenient to have the Sunset Grille (and patio) on site. We did breakfast or lunch there almost every day and every menu item we ordered was delicious. Top favorites of our family were the buffalo chicken wings (spicy with the right amount of sweet) and both the jerk chicken and teriyaki chicken sandwiches. The beach itself is so well maintained, from the seaweed being raked away at the start of the week to the coconut trees being trimmed/harvested. The sea life in Secret Harbor was plentiful - we were able to see tropical fish, rays and turtles without going to far out!"

"It’s a great place. We loved the front desk staff especially Carly. Check in and out was easy, we got all the help we needed for taxis, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants on site. Beach was well maintained, pool and hot tub were awesome. We stayed end of April/early March in a 1 bed king room which did have a little kitchenette to store food and drinks. Would recommend and would stay again. Don’t be afraid to call for golf cart service to and from the front desk, the resort is built into a mountain so walking is kind of steep. "

"Beautiful property perfect for our group of 8. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was new, updated and well equipped and the three bedrooms were large and each had their own balcony and bathroom. The location was great as we could easily walk to the beach and pool. We travelled with 3 children, aged 1, 4 and 5 and the kids loved it! Amy was wonderful in communicating with us before and during the trip. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back again soon!"

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"This property is beautiful! If you want a luxurious, fabulous, high-end property in St Thomas - I highly recommend staying here!! The amenities are great, with nice design touches throughout the property (waterfalls, swim up pool, etc.). And the view. Well, the view is extraordinary! We rented all three villas, but really all three individual villas are wonderful. If any issues at all, just contact property manager and everything is resolved immediately. Very professional. Everything is relatively close to the villas, but you'll need either a taxi or car rental. The host can provide recommendations. I used JJ Taxi (also recommended by the host), which was great! JJ Taxi provided a personalized tour of St Thomas, (with pick up directly from the villas), and taxi arrangements to and from restaurants. I also recommend dive in catering for chef services. We had daily breakfast from the chef, and it just added that extra amount of lux to our travel and birthday celebration. Visit this property and safe travels!!"

"This place is phenomenal and the pictures posted does not do it any justice!! My family and I was displaced in St. Thomas with another VRBO rental. However, VRBO stepped in and we booked this place. Immediately after the booking Connor, who was our host reached out to us and worked hard to get us checked in early the next day. But he didn’t stop there, he also got with Rock City Rentals to get us three jeeps sent to house upon our arrival. Rock City did us a solid and brought the jeeps to the hotel we were at. Back to the house. When we pulled up the house was breathtaking and the views were heavenly. Connor made sure to be there to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. Two nights in we tried turning on the fire pits but couldn’t figure out how. We called Connor around 10pm asking him to walk us through getting lit. Three minutes later Connor was at the house to switch out the tanks and lit both pits. We also had extra guest and needed to move others around to make room. We were going to wash the sheets, instead Connor brought us new ones. We’ve rented a lot of place but I have never met a host has attentive, kind and extremely helpful has Connor. He helped turn a disaster of a vacation into a fantastic memory that none of us will ever forget!!!! Thank you so much Connor!"

"This is a great place for a family or couples. The beach nearby is nice and the pool is lovely for children. The house has enough items that you will need if you are bringing kids. Made it easy and we used a lot of it every day. Sleep was great there. Nice view of the ocean. There is a parking lot in between the view but nothing to be bothered by. Great place to stay!"
