"The whole stay was amazing. Staff were really friendly, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the cabin accommodation was perfect and in a really scenic spot. The only fault was the outdoor pools were pretty cold, but the weather was chilly generally during our stay."

It was a journey to get to and from without a car but I did love this place. The reception staff (one lady in particular was fantastic, I could adopt her for family, super friendly "

"We arrived walking off the West Highland Way: soaked to the bone and exhausted. There was a big loud tour bus offloading at the same time, and the young woman at the front desk was so considerate and gracious — without asking, she guided us off to the side and checked us in ahead of the group. Room immaculate. Staff excellent. Really beautifully curated art in the rooms and hallways. Excellent value."
