"We loooovee staying here. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (the churros being my favorite). It was sooo close to Cala Marsal and it is perfect. The staff was helpful and kind. Our room was lovely and spacious. We did have a plumbing issue, the water coming out of the shower kept changing from super cold to burning hot so that was unfortunate. There was some sewage smell coming out of the bathroom but maintenance came to fix it. Overall though, wonderful place!"

"Great large pool and separate shallow pool for kids. Welcoming Helpful staff although as a solo woman traveller was put off a bit from using the pool and bar area due to older barman making comments about my appearance, found it a bit ogling. Excellent service from housekeeping staff!! Food was good at breakfast, had pizza one lunchtime at snack bar that was good too! Shower would suddenly get really hot for a few seconds so watch out for that especially if you have kids. For a three star hotel it was fine, rooms a bit outdated but fresh and clean. Great balcony, could see the sea, mountains and pool area! All in all enjoyed the quiet location, just the barman needs a word with as all other staff were lovely and helpful and professional!"

"Location is excellent, room very clean, all staff very professional if we needed anything it was sorted straight away , would be nice if there was parking but we managed to get street parking. Food was well cooked but a bit the same most evenings. Would stay again if we were going back to Cala Millor."

"Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."
